Bringing both sides of a job together
A home-service job starts with a customer explaining what needs doing and a professional deciding whether the work fits their skills and availability. AllSorted brings those two sides into a shared marketplace.
The customer and professional apps serve different parts of that process, while keeping the enquiry, quote and conversation connected.
The customer experience
Homeowners post a job with a description and photos, then compare the bids they receive before choosing a professional. Messaging provides a way to discuss the details, and job tracking keeps the work connected to that conversation.
The comparison centres on the individual job and the professional’s response, rather than a promise of a particular price or response time.
The professional experience
The professional app lets local tradespeople view opportunities and respond with a price, availability and pitch. Profiles and credential submission form part of the published product experience.
